Big Fun for Little Learners

Play Patch Co. is a play-based company focused on helping children of all ages close gaps in motor development, sensory processing, and primitive reflex integration—key foundations for success in school and everyday life. While sessions feel fun and engaging, each activity is intentionally chosen to support how the brain and body work together.

During Play Patch Co. workshops children participate in age-appropriate obstacle courses, movement games, and hands-on activities to help build strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness. At the same time, Play Patch Co. workshops target sensory integration to help children better process and respond to their environment, improving focus, regulation, and participation in group settings.

Play Patch Co. workshops incorporate movements that support the integration of primitive reflexes—early patterns that, when retained, can impact posture, attention, and learning. Helping these reflexes mature, allows children to better able sit, attend, write, and engage in classroom tasks.

Play Patch Co. also offers consultation services, supporting families and educators in creating structured, sensory-friendly environments that promote focus, independence, and smoother daily routines. Play Patch Co. works with you to assess current environments, identify barriers to development, and design personalized plans that are realistic and easy to implement. This may include optimizing classroom or home setups to support movement and sensory needs, embedding purposeful play into daily routines, or selecting activities that support posture, coordination, attention, and self-regulation.

Play Workshops

Our signature play workshops for kids, aged 6 months—12 years, are designed to build strong bodies and confident learners through fun, movement-based experiences. Each session is thoughtfully structured to look like play—but with a purpose—supporting the development of foundational motor and sensory skills that children need for everyday success.

Play Patch Co. workshops meet children at their level, offering a supportive environment where they can participate at their own pace. The result is more confident, regulated, and capable learners who are better prepared to thrive in school. Parent participation is encouraged but not required—caregivers are always welcome to observe, join in, and learn strategies they can easily carry over at home.

The goal is simple: to help children become more confident, regulated, and ready to succeed in school and beyond.
